Customer service OUTSTANDING. Nowadays, you don't come across business owners that will go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied. When our Suburban started smoking on the highway, we pulled over at Barnum and drove over to this shop. The business owners diagnosed the issue, and repaired it, and got us back on the road in 2 hours. Planning ahead for worst-case outcomes, they discussed the possibility of lending us one of their vehicles, or else driving us to Duluth to pick up a rental car! They called the rental company to see if they had any available cars. They truly seemed concerned with making sure we could continue on to our weekend vacation rental! Luckily, the repair was fairly straightforward, and it did not come to us needing a ride. Thanks for the assist!!
Stranded on I35, five minutes to closing and they came with a tire to go on goose neck trailer hauling 15,000 lbs of tractor

This is the best experience I've ever had an auto shop. Welcoming right when we walked in, called over to the local restaurant to ensure we had great service while we waited and also plowed the roads so we didn't walk through the snow. Honest and welcoming service. Recommend to your friends and family!
Top notch service! My brakes went out on the off ramp to Barnum at 9pm on a Sunday night. I got a motel room for the night at the Northwoods Inn and Cottages. The lady proprietor of the Northwinds recommended Ossie's as did the guy at the first gas station I stopped at when I had the brake trouble. Monday morning I carefully drove to Ossie's and the owner and his wife were very accomodating. My truck was assessed and I was told it would be about a 3 hour repair. They gratiously said that if my check out time at the motel ran over that I could come down to the shop with my dog as they were "dog friendly". They gave me a ride back to the motel for the wait, and then when the truck was ready they came to the motel and picked me up! I am so pleased at the reception I recieved and the service done. I can't say enough about how good they are.
