I bought a 2014 Ford Fiesta with 11.5k miles. Was under the impression it was a "like new" vehicle. I couldn't figure out why it was such a good price.
We feel good about our vehicle, but don't know fully what happened previously with it. The price was right, but how much hassle are you willing to go through?
I'm giving them 2 stars. Summary of why I deduct 3 stars: They lose 1 star for not disclosing the fact that they sell cars in previous accidents & fix them up. (found this on the provided carfax). They lose another because I found 6 things wrong with the vehicle. Vernon honored his word that they would fix those things, but it took 1 month to fix the problems. They lose a 3rd star because financing here is horrible... HORRIBLE! I have a 806 credit score, they gave me a 8% financing loan, but when you do the math it was over 15%.
